FOUNDEr

BRENT ANDREWS

Co-Founder of MarketLink Commercial, Brent is a trusted advisor to his clients and a recognized leader amongst Florida’s retail brokerage community.  Prior to starting MarketLink, Brent spent 14 years with Atlantic Retail where he served as Principal and primarily focused on national tenant and landlord representation. During his career Brent has exclusively represented many top-tier national tenants including Aldi, Planet Fitness, Bloomin Brands, Pollo Tropical, Vitamin Shopppe, Zoe’s Kitchen, and First Watch.  His extensive market knowledge and broad relationship network have enabled him to successfully execute statewide development strategies for many of his clients.  Conversely, he’s also worked closely with many regional and national developers/ landlords, where he oversaw the leasing of various ground-up retail and mixed-use projects totaling over 2 million square feet.

Brent is a Florida native and graduated cum laude from the University of Florida – Warrington College of Business.

ELIZABETH PATAKY WRIGHT

Elizabeth Wright is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of MarketLink Commercial. An independently owned commercial real estate services firm located in West Palm Beach, Florida. Mrs. Wright co-founded MarketLink Commercial after diagnosing a need in the market for a strategic, brokerage firm built on acute local experience leveraged with deep industry comprehension. Prior to launching MarketLink Commercial, Elizabeth spent 5 years with Office Depot in their Real Estate and Construction Department followed by 8 years with Atlantic Retail where she served as Principal.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Wright leveraged her extensive local roots and network as a critical resource for her client’s real estate decisions and success. She exclusively represented top-tier national tenants including Aldi, Petco, Party City, Pacific Dental, Shoe Carnival, Bassett and Talbots. Additionally she worked with owners and developers to remerchandise and reposition assets as well as pre-lease ground up developments throughout Florida. She holds a Bachelor of Finance from the University of Florida – Warrington College of Business and a Master of Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University.

LEANDRO V. PEREIRA

As a broker with MarketLink Commercial, Leandro  Pereira  primarily focuses on Landlord and Tenant representation.  Leandro embraces a long-term approach to servicing his clients, dedicated to building strong relationships and ensuring mutual success.

Prior to joining MarketLink Commercial,   Leandro spent 5 years at Katz & Associates where he served as a Director,  largely concentrating his efforts on landlord representation.  During his tenure, he excelled at retail center leasing and helped manage a large listing portfolio on behalf of  several reputable institutional and regional landlords, including Arena Capital, Kimco, Inventrust, Brixmor and Shopcore.  Utilizing his deep market knowledge, he has also represented and successfully  executed site selection  for several national brands, including Footlocker, Curaleaf, Playa Bowls, I Heart Mac & Cheese and Hawaii Fluid Art.  Prior to Katz, Leandro served as an  Associate at CBRE where he specialized in providing representation to industrial tenants and landlords in South Florida.

Leandro is bilingual and fluent in both Portuguese and English.  Leandro is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a licensed Real Estate Sales Associate in the state of Florida.
